Privacy

Location of a car is sensitive. We keep it on our metal (Illinois / our radio and database), not a growth-stage consumer cloud.

We collect: account email, ship-to address, plate, last-6 VIN, consent text, device IMEI / JT808 id, GPS points, and support messages. We do not sell location. We do not use it for ads.

Hot history is about 30 days. Share links expire (default 24 hours, max 7 days) and do not include history from before the link was created.

We use Stripe for cards, Hologram for SIMs, Apple/Google for the apps, and a 3PL for the box. Those vendors see what they must see to do that job.

Law enforcement requests go to a written desk. We do not hand out live tails without a lawful process.

Counsel must finalize this policy before public sale.
